Karen Zong

Karen, an experienced management consultant specialized in executive coaching, leadership and team development, and workshop facilitations. Karen provides services designed to help individuals and organizations be successful in the workplace.  

Known for her highly interactive facilitations and in-depth knowledge of Chinese and American cultures, Karen brings 15 years experiences of management consulting, OD, and HR management. She has consulted for a number of global and national organizational including BP, Coca-Cola, Texas Instrument, Mandarin Group, Microsoft, AMD, Sanofi-aventis, Astra Zeneca, among others.

Karen has held several senior management positions including Managing Director for PDI China operation, People Director for Wal-Mart Global Procurement overseas operations, and Director for People & Organization Capabilities for Microsoft Greater China region.

Karen holds an MBA and Master of Applied Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania. She has worked in the US, Hong Kong, and China. She speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

David Lee

Finance EMBA, CEIBS; Master of Science, South East University; Bachelor of Engineering, Xi An Jiaotong University;

David specializes in executive coaching and strategic advisory for senior leaders. He currently coaches a number of CEOs/GMs of national and private enterprises. His book “The Tao of Huawei” is a popular seller in China.

David has extensive management experiences, ranging from start up to building mature and competitive businesses. He created the “China Yellow-book Internet” together with Ma Yun in 1995, worked at the headquarter of Hua Wei Technology in senior level positives since 1997, including building the current HRM system and developing marketing strategies.

In addition, David has rich consultancy experiences in the areas of organization development, culture transformation, and strategy development. He worked for D&T since 2005 in the above areas. His consultancy clients include Hankook, JinDie Software, Novo Nordisk, ZTE, China Development Bank etc.

John Wu

Mr. John Woo has over twenty years of experiences in psychological research, consulting and services. Graduated with degree of Psychology from Beijing Normal University in the late 1980s, John has developed strong interest in philosophy, human and social science, as well as religious studies. In the recent years John has focused on promoting individual and organization development through the applications of psychology models and framework. He is specialized in the application of positive psychology and positive therapy and has accumulated extensive experiences in this filed.

John believes in the application and support that psychology provides for individual growth, career development and spiritual development. Having experienced the pain of boring lecturing, John follows the training philosophy that interest and fun come first. His facilitation style is engaging and lively with rich illustration and relevant examples, combing the essence of various schools of psychology and philosophy. 

John is specialized in youth education counseling and positive psychology counseling.

Susan Sun

Susan Sun, an experienced HR professional and management consultant with 10 years experiences in the region. Susan specializes in learning & development, management capability development, change management, competency development and applications of assessment tools. She is known for her strong focus on customers and ability to create quality and tailored solution. Examples of her recent client work include change facilitation, team development, culture transformation and competency development, to name a few. Prior to IDG, Susan has experiences with renowned local companies and MNC like Digital China & Microsoft.

Viona Hu

Viona has Bachelor degree in Education and Master degree in Applied Psychology. She is a certified Counselor, with years of counseling and teaching experiences, and Outstanding Teacher Award winner.

Passionate about psychology education and counseling, Viona has dedicated her career to the application of psychology in the areas of education, counseling, and family. During the time she worked as mental health teacher in high schools, Viona introduced case studies, simulations, and discussions which effectively stimulated interest and learning of her students. She has been working as psychology counselor for students in high school and university in the past years, and has accumulated extensive experiences in students counseling.

Viona is also specialized adults and family counseling, as well as program development. She is able to effectively design teaching plans and program contents focusing on key program objectives and deliverables. Viona has participated a number of psychology workshops including Narrative Therapy workshop、Mental Dynamic Therapy workshop、Family Therapy workshop.

Viona has gone through positive psychology training in the areas of children character development and youth character strengths counseling.

Juliet Xu

Juliet Xu has held HR Director positions in China HP’s Enterprise Business and Microsoft Asia Pacific Research & Development Group. In these roles, Juliet was primarily responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive organizational and people development agendas in support of achieving business results and sustaining organizational competitiveness.

Juliet has extensive experience in the areas of strategic business partnership, talent acquisition, management and leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. In her 15+ year of human resources career, she has taken on various HR management roles in leading MNCs such Intel, Nokia and BellSouth. Juliet’s HR experience expands across the dynamic sales and marketing world, as well as the fast-changing R&D arena. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin and has successfully developed cross-culture effectiveness through education and working experiences. Juliet speaks with logic and structure. She is good at combining theory with work place case studies and real life experiences. When teaching, she likes to facilitate discussion and sharing to encourage peer learning among the audience. She believes that the best learning for adults is through reflection and real life application.

Juliet holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, California, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Michael Wang

Michael has served a number of senior positions in global companies, including China Unit Executive for IBM China Co Ltd, General Manager of Government and Enterprise Mobility Sector for North Asia Division of Motorola, and Vice President and General Manager of Public Sector Group of Microsoft Greater China.

Michael brings with himself strong leadership charisma and ability to impact on others. His facilitation and coaching style is practical, fun, and touching. He aims at helping individuals to explore themselves and discover inner strengths to become the best selves they can be.

Michael has always has the same aspiration: to enable people around to benefit from the most advanced thinking approaches, to make positive and meaningful contributions to their organizations, to transform their own beliefs, habits, attitudes and expectations, and at the same time to enhance their own life quality and well-being.

Joy Xu

Joy joined Integrated Development Group in 2012, responsible for business development in Shanghai as well as on-line programs for children and youth character development. Before joining Integrated Development Group, Joy worked as a software engineer in Sun Microsystems and SBC Communications in Silicon Valley, US. After returning to Shanghai, she joined Microsoft Asia-Pacific Research and Development Center as international staffing consultant supporting software and hardware development teams in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen. Joy partnered with executive leadership on understanding strategic growth plans and recruiting needs. She also executed on effective recruiting strategies to hire top talent with rich industry experience from leading companies.

What Joy has enjoyed most in life in the past few years is growing up with her two young children. The parenting experience has stimulated her passion in children and youth character development. Her aspiration is to leverage the power of internet to promote positive education and its applications for parents and children. While not working, Joy enjoys travelling, watching movies and reading.

Having studied and worked in the US, Hong Kong and China, Joy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. She speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Lisa Wei

Lisa, Senior Consultant, Life Coach, experienced therapist/counselor of Integrated Development Group.

Lisa brings with herself over twelve years experiences of counselor training, psychology counseling and therapy services. As a member of the first generation of certified psychology counselors in China, Lisa was trained and educated by both international and domestic psychologists and experts. For two consecutive years, she participated in the assistance program of 512 Wenchuan(SiChuan) earthquake, and provided one-on-one counseling services for over 500 psychology counselors that took part in the program.

Lisa’s working experiences include college lecturer, human resources management, product management, marketing, and entrepreneurship with two start-ups. She personally experienced the transition from first line employee to senior manager, as well as growth and development from adversities. She witnessed many amazing stories of people achieving learning and growth under difficult circumstances in lives. Lisa firmly believes that practice and experience are the best teachers in life. She continues her study in psychology interventions and focuses on helping individuals and organizations to achieve positive performance and enhanced well-being.

Lisa believes in the power of self-healing and advocates that everyone should be the expert of his own life. Her biggest dream is to spread the tools and path of positive psychology in China and continue to witness improved well-being of the nation.

Sunny Zhang

Sunny Zhang,Senior Consultant of Integrated Development Group.

Positive and optimistic, Sunny believes that only through creation that we can generate constant happiness. She also believes that adversities in life broaden our mind and our horizon. She developed strong interest in philosophy, psychology and religion since university studies, and has been learning and seeking personal development in these areas in the past years.

Sunny has been working in the educational services industry since graduation, specialized in helping youth to enhance their capabilities to learn, as well as helping their parents to plan overseas education according to individual needs. She enjoys listening to the thoughts and confusions of the students, understanding their needs and desires, discovering their strengths, and develops personalized growth plans. She was most happy when she was able to help the children enjoy life and school, and the family to create happiness together.

Sunny believes that optimism can be learned. Positive psychology has had great impact on her: she has been practicing regulating own negative emotions, loving and accepting herself, creating positivity in various aspects of life, and starting life anew. Sunny’s aspiration is to spread the concepts and tools of positive psychology so more people can find hope and belief, as well as ways to better selves and more fulfilling lives.

Jing Zhang

Jing Zhang, Principle Consultant & Counselor with Integrated Development Group, specializes in psychological development of youth and children.

Zhang earned her Master degree in Psychology with Beijing Normal University in the 1990s. She has accumulated over 30 years of education experience with primary and high schools. She was the formal Director of Beijing Municipal District Youth Mental Health Education Center (Psychology Department) and was elected as Senior Key Psychology Faculty of Beijing City.

Zhang’s strengths are her practical experiences in mentoring and counseling children and their parents. She has published large amount of research articles, many of which earned her awards from Beijing government scientific research foundation.

Zhang is also strong at developmental therapy though sand play for children, youth psychological counseling, and Happiness planning for adults.

Jing believes every challenge can be turned into motivation and resources for personal growth.

Jing is an open, warm, professional, and seasoned facilitator. Her classes are practical, alive, easy to learn, and conveys confidence and joy for the audience.
