The 10-series Happiness Seminar was developed to practically address common challenges on the road tojoyful and fulfilled living and to promote positive psychology interventions in our everyday lives.

Each session focuses on one important aspect of our lives. With concrete research findings as foundation, we emphasize real-life applications and individualized learning. Discussions, reflections, and feedback are included in these interactive sessions. Each session takes 3 hours.
