At IDG, we offer character development training programs on regular basis for children of different ages. The programs focuses on children, with 2-hour of parents training in the end of each program.

Character Development Training for children offers the following classes：

Level 1	Pre-school Class	Pre-schoolers，about 4-6 yrs old	Introduce what is character and its relationship with behavior and habits. Key characters covered: sharing, gratitude, courage and collaboration
Level 2	Junior Phase 1	Primary School grade 1-2，about 7-8 yrs old	Introduce what is character and its relationship with behavior and habits. Key characters covered: self-esteem、self-discipline、sharing & collaboration, love of learning
Level 3	Junior Phase 2	Primary School Grade 3-4, about 9-10 yrs old	Introduce what is character and its relationship with behavior and habits. Key characters covered: team work, resilience, helping others, and love of learning
Level 4	Youth Class	Target at children above 10 yrs old	Here we recommend personalized services such as parent-child counseling and children strength counseling
